Withdrawal requests are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit wherever possible. This is a standard anti-fraud measure and applies to JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast and bank transfer withdrawals alike.
To request a withdrawal, your account must have completed the standard identity verification process. Unverified accounts will not be able to process withdrawals until verification is complete. 10win recommends completing verification shortly after registration rather than waiting until a withdrawal is needed.
Processing times vary by method and account tier. VIP members from Gold tier upward receive priority withdrawal processing. Standard accounts are processed in the normal queue. Match Postponements and Cancellations: If a match is postponed and does not take place within 24 hours of the original scheduled start time, all bets on that match will be voided and stakes returned. If a match is cancelled entirely, bets are voided.
In-Play Betting: Live in-play bets are placed in real time. By placing an in-play bet you accept that the event is live and that outcomes may occur between your submission and confirmation of the bet. 10win is not liable for connection delays on the player's side that result in a bet being placed after an intended cut-off point.
Bet Settlement: Bets are settled as soon as official results are confirmed. Complex accumulator bets settle after all legs have a confirmed result. Queries about bet settlement must be raised within 30 days of the event date.
